Kevin Allen

Managing Director

Kevin joined Close Finance in June 2021. He has 40 years banking experience the majority of which in lending roles. He has significant experience in structuring debt funding solutions for clients in the real estate, corporate, trust and fiduciary sector.Kevin enjoys all sports but is now more of a spectator than participant. He’s a life long West Ham fan and a season ticket holder at the London Stadium.

Graeme Hebenton

Head of Commercial Lending

Graeme joined Close Finance, as part of the Jersey office, in 2023. He has over 40 years of experience in finance in the UK and Jersey, working in the banking sector. He has worked with many small and medium sized businesses, providing relationship management support and debt funding solutions. Graeme is integral in enabling us to support trading businesses in the Channel Islands with their asset finance and business funding needs.Graeme is a keen golfer and enjoys travelling.

Head of Personal Lending

Cleone is responsible for the Jersey sales team. She works hard to bring new business to the company and manages our existing client base with strong interpersonal relationships. She always has our customers’ interests at heart and consistently goes above and beyond. Cleone always has her finger on the pulse, identifying new opportunities in the market to strengthen our offering to clients on the island.Cleone is an avid traveller, having seen 22 countries around the world and lived in five!
